Introduction:
In today's fast-paced world, mental health has become a critical issue that requires immediate attention. One technique that has gned popularity in recent years as an answer to cope with mental stress and mntn psychological well-being is meditation. This paper investigate the profound effects of meditation on mental health through a comprehensive study.

A systematic literature review was conducted using various databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The search terms included meditation, mental health, stress reduction, mindfulness, and psychological well-being. Studies were selected based on their relevance to the topic and quality criteria such as peer-review status, publication date within the last ten years, and sample size.
Results:
The review revealed that meditation offers numerous benefits for mental health. Regular practice of meditation techniques was found to significantly reduce symptoms associated with anxiety disorders, depression, and stress. Moreover, mindfulness-based interventions through meditation led to improvements in emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, self-esteem, and overall quality of life.
Discussion:
Meditation's impact on mental health is largely attributed to its ability to promote psychological resilience by enhancing one's capacity for coping with stressors. It fosters a state of consciousness where individuals can observe their thoughts without judgment, which facilitates a better understanding of their emotions and behavior patterns. Additionally, meditation encourages the development of positive thinking habits and fosters self-awareness, contributing positively to mental health.

While more research is necessary to further understand its mechanisms and long-term effects, these results suggest that incorporating meditation practices into dly routines may serve as a valuable tool for enhancing psychological well-being in today's society.
